Responsibility
- our Setting operates across 4 Room with each room designed and equipped specifically for the age of the child
- each Room has its own Room Leader and/or Room Senior who support the Management Team
- we follow the EYFS and use online learning journeys to build our fantastic partnerships with parents
- to prepare lunches, suitable for children from birth – 5 years, following nursery menu and catering for special dietary requirements
- to maintain levels of stock appropriate for menu requirements
- to assist with distribution and portion control and promotion of healthy eating
- to follow and maintain the budget as set out by the Nursery Manager
- the Three Bears Day Nursery is a brand new, family owned setting catering for children from birth to 4 years. We operate from our purpose built setting with fantastic facilities including a large enclosed play area and onsite parking
Requirements
- to hold a certificate in Food Hygiene
- certificates in catering will be an advantage
- to complete a DBS check
- to be able to work as part of a team
- to maintain confidentiality in respect of any information about children, staff or parents and families
- to have loyal working practices for the nursery and to work as a member of any team within the organisation
- catering: 1 year
- kitchen experience: 2 years
