- strategically lead the direction of this key account on a global basis
- lead and develop a team of Account Managers
- collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies
- prepare and deliver presentations to the client on company products and services
- our client is a global fintech business who are well-established but who have experienced a significant amount of growth in the last 2 years
- negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with the client
- they are looking for a Key Account Director to manage the relationship with a key payments client as well as to manage a team of Account Managers who are based in the UK and abroad
- attend and lead client meetings
Requirements
- proven experience as an Account Director leading a major enterprise-sized account
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience of managing or leading Account Managers
- ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- strong negotiation and presentation skills
- account management: 7 years
- team management: 2 years
