- working closely with the Director of Global Projects/Programmes on strategic planning, business transformation and project planning
- creating and maintaining Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, and Schedules
- creating and maintaining robust Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, and Schedules
- managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues of the projects
- proactively managing stakeholder relationships across different locations
- proactively managing stakeholder relationships across different locations to ensure expectations are managed and achieved
- ensuring delivery of projects according to agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
Requirements
- PMP, Prince2 or Agile PM certification
- ability in leading multimillion-dollar projects / programmes
- strategic mindset to solve roadblocks swiftly regardless of the project management methodologies
- experience in using project management tools
- experience in project managing digital products and services with frequent interactions with product managers, developers, QAs, and senior stakeholders
- excellent prioritisation skills and willing to go the extra mile to get things done on time
- multi-cultural mindset as this role requires frequent interactions with stakeholders globally
- 3+ years project management experience, ideally software / development led projects
