Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • duties will include general upkeep and maintenance around the parks
  • you will also be expected to read electric meters, water meters, and distribute utility bills out to park residents
  • basic electrical, plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating skills are required for this role
  • it is essential that you have a full, valid UK driving licence
  • A good level of health and fitness is also required
  • working hours would be 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday – Friday
