Responsibility

• develop and manage the company’s inventory and stock, controlling costs within a set budget
• manage and maintain the company’s materials, parts and consumables inventory
• source automotive parts both nationally and internationally

• responsibility for all parts logistics and customs documentation
• liaise with external suppliers and negotiate best price
• perform regular stock checks
• take full responsibility for the organisation and storage of all stock and parts
• negotiate contracts / certificates of guarantee with suppliers
• liaise on a daily basis with project managers and technicians on all aspects of procurement, product availability and expected delivery dates from preferred suppliers
