Responsibility
- we are a small team based on Whiteladies Road and we are looking for a good, hardworking, friendly and fun team member to join us
- you must have strong experience in the world of Lettings and a good understanding of all the legislation and guidance that comes with it
- key to this business is understanding the importance of always delivering exceptional customer service, while juggling a million plates, and still smiling all at the same time
- alongside the agency experience you will need to be a very driven and ambitious self-starter, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong IT skills
- we encourage continual learning and development and as the company is growing there will be ample opportunity to develop this role further
- this role is primarily Lettings based but as we are a small team there will be the opportunity and requirement to help out in other areas
- we will play to your strengths - whether these are negotiating, marketing, social media or organisation - there are plenty of activities for you to get involved in
- arranging required certificates
