Responsibility
responsible for regular inspections, move outs, handling maintenance issues including arranging contractor repairs
building relationships with contractors and landlords
working independently and managing your own workload, organising and prioritising accordingly
dealing with all end of tenancy matters, to include deposit resolution and general tenant check out
working as part of a small team of Property Managers to manage all aspect of the existing portfolio, including landlords, tenants and contractors, which will involve regular property visits
Requirements
driven and proactive with the ability to build rapport with customers, clients and external contractors
customer focussed with the ability and desire to exceed customer expectations through excellent service delivery
ability to resolve issues with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional but assertive manner if required
highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
A driving licence is essential for property inspections and move outs – expenses paid
team management experience would be advantageous but not essential
previous experience in a relevant role e.g., Senior Administrator / Office Manager, Maintenance / Facilities Coordinator, Property Coordinator / Property Manager, Lettings Manager / Lettings Negotiator/ Customer Service or similar
