Responsibility
- ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to Project Support Officer for QC and labelling before storing
- ensure project stock is labelled and stored safely
- manage certain suppliers : raising orders, monitoring progress, and chasing delivery
- ensure stock items are protected and stored appropriately, and the warehouse is always kept neat and orderly
- perform Monthly Board checks at the start of each month to ensure all SOP’s on the monthly board have been circulated and are on the packing schedule
