Responsibility
- you will be the Registered CQC Manager with a current NMC pin
- you will strive to move the home towards achieving Outstanding
- this is a pivotal role where your actions and decisions will make a huge difference to residents and their families
- oversee and manage the daily operations of the Care Home
- ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and efficient patient care
- maintain open lines of communication with all health care professionals, Residents, and their families
- provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff members
Requirements
- registered Nurse with a valid NMC license. RGN or RMN
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a Nursing leadership role
- previous management experience preferred
- excellent communication and people skills
- strong leadership and management skills
- proven ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of practice such as KLOEs
- ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
