Working hours

Responsibility

  • purchase ledger – entering invoices, credit notes & receipts to Xero via Hubdoc, reconciliations and monthly payment list
  • bank reconciliations
  • credit control – chasing customers via phone and email for overdue payments
  • quarterly VAT returns
  • producing quarterly management accounts for director, including entering any journals into Xero
  • processing monthly payroll and pension filings
  • utilities – checking bills and submitting meter readings if needed, dealing with renewal of contracts
  • dealing with waste disposal contract renewals

Requirements

  • bookkeeping: 2 years
