Responsibility

  • develop and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service

  • conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and make appropriate recommendations for coverage adjustments
  • process insurance applications, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
  • stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
  • collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to clients
  • maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements

  • previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • proficient in using computer systems and software applications
