Responsibility

  • set up dies and control mixtures for products
  • check line test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure correct working
  • check and cross reference job specifications to materials run
  • ensure stock levels are maintained to ensure continuous running of machines
  • record machine running parameters & settings within a data logging system
  • managing start up, set, operate and shut down extrusion machines in accordance with established procedures, set up dies and control mixtures for products
  • A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
