Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- undertaking all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance
- working with the central team to survey sites, with energy and BEMS support as required
- undertaking all activity to a high standard and in a professional manner
- undertaking reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team
- producing technical and situational reports as required
- proactively using the technology and systems provided in order to support Thermatic’s compliance and contractual obligations
- carrying out all works requested in a professional and proactive manner
- working as part of the central team and supporting on other projects as required – this will be the basis for additional learning into other energy management areas
Requirements
- qualified to City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 Parts 1, 2 & 3, JIB Approved electrician or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
- BEMS and Metering experience
- city & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection & testing
- working knowledge of BS7671, 18th Edition Electrical Installation Regulations & associated legislative standards, working knowledge of Building Regulations
- able to demonstrate experience in Building Environmental and Electrical Services including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning within the building services industry
- sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations regarding maintenance activities
- have good communication and organisation skills
- have a positive “can do” attitude
