Responsibility
- managing and overseeing shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability
- human resources including recruiting, training, managing rotas, assigning responsibilities, performance management and setting sales targets
- administering accounting functions, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets, managing budgets and generating payroll
- controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by seasons and sales
- delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance
