Requirements
- previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
- experience in coffee and catering would be an advantage
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction
- flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the cafe’s operating hours
