identify opportunities to upsell products within your accounts and cost saving opportunities to ensure retention and satisfaction
use proven sales techniques and exceptional negotiation skills to achieve sales targets, always looking for ways to exceed profit and revenue
keep customers updated on all products on offer
prepare and present sales reports, to include past activity and progression and quarterly forecasts
forge strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales, increase growth, and ensure profitability is maximised across every account
Requirements
experience gained as an Account Manager within the product industry
confident in all aspects of sales, with a track record of winning new business, upselling, negotiating, and closing sales
good administration skills and works with accuracy
excellent communication skills, able to build rapport, listen to customers' needs and advise
ambitious and driven, keen to succeed and deliver
