Responsibility
- close working with Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Managers and Vendor Manager
- management of translation projects across many media formats
- meeting deadlines, quality and budget requirements for our clients
- no previous experience of the translation industry is required
- pre-translation and proofreading using CAT tools
- day-to-day communication with translators/clients
- ensuring projects are delivered to expected standards
- additional office duties including data input, answering the phone and involvement in accounts
Requirements
- modern Language studies to degree level
- additional languages desirable but not paramount
- masters in Translation Studies advantageous
- ability to work as part of a dedicated team
- A high level of computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail
- the ability to work confidently under pressure
- organisation: the ability to multi-task
