  • daily temperature checks and maintaining a kitchen of the highest standard
  • set up and close down the Kitchen as per Otium Bar & Restaurant standards
  • follow allergy & food safety procedures
  • offering its customers quality Homemade food ranging from woodfired pizza, hanging skewers, dry aged steaks & pastas complemented by its extensive cocktail and drink offering
