Responsibility
- assist with the management of Front of House staff members including the preparation of weekly rota's
- assist in stock control and placing orders for additional stock to ensure we do not run out
- taking reservations and accommodation bookings through all channels of communication e.g. over the phone, email and social media
- waiting on customers tables and ensuring you go the extra mile in making sure their dining experience is second to none
- helping with the smooth running of the business alongside the owner and the manager, and the rest of our small close team providing quality dining experiences in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere
- team members will see you as an inspiring role model and know they can depend on you for support and development
- assist is keeping documentation such as training records, daily logs and FOH HACCP files up to date to a high standard to maintain our Food Hygeine rating 5
- support the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times
