- more than a local, we are a food focused bar with a friendly but driven team
- we run a busy fresh food kitchen from 12 til 9pm with a varied menu, sunday roast and scope for specials
Requirements
- experience in busy kitchen environments
- well rounded knowledge for preparation of all food menu items
- thrive to deliver quality of product
- to run and maintain the quality of any and all kitchen sections
- maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout sections and the whole kitchen
- complying with and maintaining HACCP principles and house rules
- assisting in management of inventory and stock ordering
- training and helping junior team members
