Responsibility

  • produce accurate technical drawings
  • responding to customer enquiries and queries via phone and email
  • produce artwork and layouts based on customers’ requests
  • learning design-oriented software to assist with product customization and design
  • liaising with sales team to ensure drawings and designs are as customer requests
  • contacting customers regarding orders

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in CAD design role or similar position
  • previous experience using Sign Lab, Solid Edge and Adobe suites is advantageous
  • experience in the memorial or funeral industry is preferable but not essential
  • graphic design: 1 year
