Requirements

- essential - at least two years relevant experience of being in a face to face customer service role
- essential – previous cash handling experience

Responsibility
- responsible for ensuring that the Cafe runs smoothly and that procedures are followed correctly
- ensuring that all deliveries are in good condition and at the correct temperatures as appropriate
- ▪ End of day cashing up and reconciliation
- ▪ To undertake other duties appropriate to the post that may be requested from time to time by the Line Management
- ▪ Work closely with the PSVC Café Manager by communicating regularly and implementing systems
- ▪ Carry out workplace Fire safety checks when on duty
- assist the Café Manager with budgeting, spending & data input of figures both on daily basis & weekly basis for myself & MD. Take responsibility for data input and banking in absence of CAFÉ Manager
- responsible for directly supervising the Cafe volunteers; allocating daily tasks on duty days
