Responsibility
- the pub is loved by locals and as a destination pub for its location, great food and live music
- we open 7 days a week, serving food every day
- oversee daily operations, including the kitchen and service areas
- manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training
- monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- you will be responsible for the day to day running of The White Horse Pub in the middle of the beautiful village of Edgworth
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
Requirements
- previous experience in a restaurant or hotel management role
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- proficiency in computer systems, including POS systems
