ICT Manager and SLT i/c
provide day-to-day support for ICT across The Westgate School
to develop positive relationships with all ICT users, including staff and students
provide IT support for all school hardware systems including servers
provide practical support with software packages and equipment
maintain registers for booking out ICT equipment and assist with movement of mobile devices where required
support in keeping accurate records of ICT equipment loaned to staff and students
identify and solve problems relating to equipment and software using telephone support systems if required

Requirements
strong understanding of the Schools financial framework policies and procedures including TAX/VAT, would be highly desirable
ability to organise a busy and varied workload to meet strict deadlines
ability to work accurately on own initiative with superior attention to detail, but equally work well within a team
good Customer Service Skills to enable effective communication with pupils, parents, suppliers and colleagues
flexible and adaptable to the demands of the financial cycle throughout the financial year
AAT qualification is desirable, however, we will support any opportunity to develop financial skills through Hampshire’s apprenticeship training schemes
