Responsibility

  • the West Hants Club is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join its busy team
  • it also involves cashing up the till and doing daily banking
  • previous experience beneficial but not essential
  • the position requires the use of email and a computerised till. Knowledge of publisher and spread sheets will also be useful
  • the job involves lots of face-to-face customer service, meeting and greeting members as the enter the club. You will also be answering a busy phone line, so a pleasant and courteous nature is required, preferably with customer care experience
  • you will learn all about the Club to direct or answer queries, take bookings for tennis and squash courts, social events, fitness classes, courses etc
