- oversee the hiring, training, and management of gym staff
- schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage for all areas of the gym
- maintain equipment and facilities, including performing routine repairs and coordinating with outside contractors as needed
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness at all times
- manage membership sales and renewals, as well as handle customer service inquiries and complaints
- plan and execute promotional events and marketing efforts to attract new members
- prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and analyzing financial data
Requirements
- wellness Works is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager for our gym
- strong leadership and communication skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- relevant qualifications are plus, training will be provided to the successful candidate if needed
