Responsibility
- to handle telephone, email and online enquiries for functions including weddings, corporate events and private parties
- ensure the best financial use of all conference and wedding/party space
- in the absence of the Events Manager, to provide ad-hoc cover to run the weddings, corporate events and parties effectively ensuring all events are completed perfectly
- adhoc tasks as and when required
- review and action all aspects of guest feedback
