- ensure the smooth running of the bar including stock take, closing up and key holder duties
- assist customers with wine recommendations and build rapport with them
- prepare bar snacks and cheese boards for our customers
- motivate the team to ensure every team member delivers an excellent service
- maintain excellent upkeep and hygiene standards across the business
- be able to handle difficult situations between customers or staff, removing unruly people if needed
- maintaining a fun and safe environment for customers and staff
- ensuring you are knowledgeable of the ever changing new products and services to ensure customers receive exceptional knowledge, service and standards
