- here at Fresh we are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager for The Waterways, our exceptional student accommodation development based in Nottingham that offers our residents a great place to live and study including a cinema room, games room and gym
- the exciting position offers full time hours working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, where you’ll be working in an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment dealing with people management, marketing, budget control and collection with the opportunity to build your own career in a fast-growing industry
- drafting budgets utilising forecasting and expenditure reports
- organising and attending open days with current and prospective students
- working alongside our exception Marketing Team to develop and implement a plan, including completing competitor analysis and keeping up to date with market changes to ensure the building is let for the academic year

- taking and receiving payments and managing accounts in arrears as well as liaising with the account’s teams processing invoices and compiling P&L reports
