THE WASTE AND RESOURCES ACTION PROGRAMME is looking for employees for positions:

  • administrator

Responsibility

  • administration and maintenance of WRAP’s virtual and physical information and technology infrastructure
  • acting as the technical authority for the IT infrastructure, providing ongoing support and guidance to staff
  • administration of and responsibility for IT security, including all service providers
  • teaching and mentoring the IT support team to improve their understanding and application of IT support
  • providing 2nd line support to the team when necessary
  • installation, configuration, and management of core infrastructure services both in the cloud and on premises including Active Directory and Azure Active directory and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products
  • management of data stores, capacity planning and forecasting of future infrastructure needs, including any cloud infrastructure requirements
  • working with the IT & Business Systems Manager and wider stakeholders to decide on the strategic technical direction of WRAP’s IT systems
