- ensuring all content is produced within brand guidelines and in keeping with the tone of relevant channels and client
- consistent workflow management and maintenance
- recruiting the team to ensure timely project delivery
- managing the post production schedule from creating a schedule for future projects, assigning editors to jobs & tracking/ managing working schedules for all post members
