Responsibility
- if you're friendly, outgoing, and have a genuine love for all things Irish, this is the perfect opportunity for you
- greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- take orders, serve drinks, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a memorable experience for our customers
- mix and serve a variety of beverages, including classic Irish drinks and modern cocktails
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions about our offerings and providing information about the pub's history
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and returning change as needed
- collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
