Responsibility

• assembling vegetable, fruit, dry goods, dairy, frozen and fine food produce into the required format
• efficient accurate packing of fresh produce to a high standard
• packing leafy vegetables into bags and fruit or vegetables into punnets/trays at a specific weight

• being aware of the quality standards and portion size required when packing produce
• grading fruit and vegetables
• rotation of all Stock
• maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• assist in other areas of the business as required
• filling of the appropriate daily/weekly HACCP documents
• filling in check sheets and other documentation required
