- efficient accurate packing of fresh produce to a high standard
- packing leafy vegetables into bags and fruit or vegetables into punnets/trays at a specific weight
- being aware of the quality standards and portion size required when packing produce
- grading fruit and vegetables
- rotation of all Stock
- maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- assist in other areas of the business as required
