Responsibility
- to Provide excellent manual facial and body treatments
- the ideal candidate would be able to perform a variety of treatments to the highest standards
- to upsell products and service
- to maintain 85% client retention through great customer service and excellent service delivery
- to conduct skin analysis for customers and go through the initial skin consultation with clients; advise suitable treatments offered and tailor a bespoke treatment plan based on the client’s face map
- performing the following treatments to a high standard: facials, waxing, eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading
Requirements
- minimum 1 years’ experience working in a beauty salon/clinic or spa
- minimum NVQ/VTCT/CIDESCO/ITEC Level 4 in any Beauty qualification
- excellent customer service skills provided in person and over the phone
- experience in laser hair removal an advantage
- pro-active direct marketing of products
- have a confident, creative can-do attitude
- good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- passionate about increasing brand and product knowledge
