Responsibility

  • the Urbanist are looking for a Chef De Partie who have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality
  • the position is full time and you must be able to work evenings & weekends
  • prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen spec, including staff meals
  • ensure correct portion control as instructed by Head Chef
  • operate and clean equipment correctly and safely, adhering to maintenance and cleaning schedules
  • as a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food that is in line with our standards
  • you will be confident in working a nominated section , and extremely team-driven in order to achieve the best service results
  • ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
