  • participation in other ad-hoc accounting projects as required
  • continually analyse effectiveness of existing collections strategies and identify new and improved strategies and opportunities
  • take full responsibility for all Non-US and Non-APAC collection processes ensuring that tasks are completed to schedule and accurately
  • provide Bad Debt forecasting to the US revenue team assessing the collectability of at-risk accounts
  • ensuring that the team are fully utilizing the GetPaid collections software, completing their daily work queues, and meeting productivity expectations
