Responsibility
- this role is integral to ensuring that the Production Operations are carried out with best practise, optimising capacity and skillset of the team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders to a split of 70% stock building, 20% direct orders to the customer and 10% for emergency JIT orders, with the aim of meeting a high OTD KPI %
- implement KPIs % - RFT, OTD, Production Downtime by recording reasons. Lead Meetings to share findings and propose any CI activities to help ensure Production Plans are executed
- prepare Weekly Production Plans or identify if daily Production Schedules will be more advantageous as per assembly area
- liaise with Operations Manager to ensure Plans are met, or review/revise ways of working to ensure achievable
