Responsibility
- assist the driver in loading and unloading furniture items onto the van
- ensure that all items are securely packed and properly organised in the truck
- help navigate and communicate with the driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful to customers
- assist with any necessary paperwork or documentation related to deliveries
- cleaning and other warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- ability to lift heavy furniture and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
- strong communication skills to effectively work with the driver and interact with customers
- reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
