Requirements

  • the Suffolk Jungle Room currently runs across two sites, offering a fresh and vibrant menu of Café items
  • our sites are filled with houseplants and continue to be a popular offer to new and existing customer in our locality
  • due to this, we are about to open a 3rd site in the village of Wissett, just outside of Halesworth, Suffolk
  • the successful applicant will train under our newly appointed Head Chef from our Redlingfield site, prior to our opening in Wissett
  • our team are all extremely friendly, sociable and willing to help each other out to ensure healthy work/life balance for all
  • we are looking for a member to join our team who can take the lead on providing Café meals at Wissett, plus lead on baking cakes and sweet treats for all three sites from the newly refurbished commercial kitchen at the Wissett site
  • the ideal applicant will be a keen baker, have had some commercial kitchen experience and team player who is looking for a fun, challenging and creative role with much scope to learn new skills and train on the job
  • this role could be suitable as a full time role for one candidate, or a potential job share for two candidates
