Responsibility

  • plan and execute menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
  • prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
  • supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • monitor food production to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
  • proven track record in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
  • knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
  • chef: 1 year
  • cooking: 1 year
