Working hours

Responsibility

  • payroll calculations, processing and associated activities including key point of contact
  • data processing including bank, intercompany and income transactions, capital expenditure and other management accounts activities
  • completion of quarterly VAT returns and weekly cash flow analysis
  • supporting the purchase ledger clerk with daily activities and improvements when required
  • assisting with management accounts preparation including analysis and reconciliations
  • support the Head of Finance with year-end and audit work to ensure the preparation of statutory accounts and audit runs smoothly
