  • the right person should have previous experience of high volume catering and be used to working in a fast paced, busy kitchen environment
  • experience of dealing with suppliers and placing orders
  • we have our own menu that works well, however the right candidate will bring their own inspiration to our menu and be comfortable changing up the menu to suit our target audience
  • ability to prioritise and multi task
