Responsibility
- maintain excellent standards of organization, maintenance and storage of all equipment coming in and out of the yard / depot
- managing the crews in the depot including enforcing health & safety, driving standards and behaviour
- vehicle planning and maintenance – manage a small fleet of vans
- deliver efficient management of equipment and processes in and out of the yard
- picking, loading and unloading equipment on and off vans
- consumables management and procurement
- crew scheduling and planning, and support for recruitment to match the plan
- responsible for inspection, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and basic safety repairs
