Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- stevensons is the largest independent school uniform and sportswear provider in the UK serving over 550 schools nationwide
- overseeing all day-to-day staffing including training, performance monitoring and team-building
- ensuring all stock deliveries are handled swiftly and accurately, and arranging quality checks and shipping of post-production stock
- identify and implement improvements to current processes
- keeping the warehouse, wider premises, and equipment clean, tidy, safe, and organised
- selling quality school uniforms, sportswear and sports equipment through our various supply channels be it high street shops, on-line, on-campus shops, pop-up shops or direct to school
- arranging biannual and rolling stock checks
- this is a new and exciting role, the main purpose of which is to lead a small warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company’s production facility’s warehouse section, including goods in, goods out and storage
Requirements
- supervisory experience in an operational environment
- enthusiasm for developing product and wider business knowledge
- exceptional attention to detail
- strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- high level of confidence using IT, including Office and stock management software
- full UK driving license
- warehouse Management: 1 year
