Responsibility
- working as part of the Direct Let Sales Team and responding to queries via the shared mailbox or telephone
- actively seeking out new sales opportunities
- completing the reservation cycle; verifying availability, preparing contractual agreements, processing payments and any additional ad hoc tasks
- engaging in the customer lifecycle; selling face-to-face, conducting viewings, maintaining customer communication through property tours and client webinars
- monitoring bed space availability and finding the best solution to utilizing empty spaces
- ensuring third-party websites are updated with the correct information, and online-publications are kept up to date
- building positive relationships with both our onsite and international teams
- building a portfolio of customers while using initiative to generate new sales leads by utilizing sales techniques and current marketing campaigns
Requirements
- A genuine interest in student accommodation, professional living, and property development
- entrepreneurial spirit and sales orientated
- excellent numerical ability with high attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- self-motivated and able to use own initiative
