  • all sales are automated via the email campaigns, no cold calling or selling
  • arrange measurement appointments and quotes
  • follow up quotes and grow existing customer relationships
  • process orders via email or phone
  • check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

Requirements

  • proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • excellent IT skills-experience of using Genius Al an advantage but not essential
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • ability to work under strict deadlines
