Drawing from my thirty years experience and expertise in the care sector, i feel compelled to express my disappointment with the incredibly bad service provided by many social workers within adult social care.
Sadly, they frequently act against the best interests of the individuals who are among the most vulnerable in our society, no one in authority will hold these social workers accountable, which only encourages such detrimental behaviour across the board, so why would anyone in their right mind reward them with an award for such failings? I'll never know!
I wholeheartedly agree with this transparent review.
