Responsibility

  • ensuring the office runs smoothly, managing the meeting rooms, catering, receiving and transferring calls, ordering supplies
  • providing diary management to the Director
  • manage the administration for the business.Prepare documents & raise PO’s
  • oversee the generation and distribution of accounts documents, e.g. P60s, statements
  • track invoices & expenses
  • manage the administration for employee payroll
