- attend team meetings and staff meetings as required
- maintain confidentiality inside and outside the workplace
- advertising – preparing recruitment packs and placing advert on appropriate media
- understand and apply all academy and Trust policies
- shortlisting – provide panel with shortlist matrix and ensure records returned and retained for six months
- promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young and vulnerable people that you are responsible for or come into contact with
- checking applications in accordance with Safer Recruitment
- to comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with the role, for health and safety in the workplace
