Responsibility
- oversee proactive street-based patrols
- plan for upcoming events/meetings, arranging and briefing the street team
- communicate tasks from the office team to the street team
- identify unresolved issues requiring attention/support from the Stakeholder and Contracts Manager
- keep records of significant matters from business welfare visits and business openings/closures
- as the Street Team Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dedicated team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the public in one of the Capital's key destinations
- write weekly update reports, noting significant incidents, trends, and information relating to garden squares
- maintain and update a specific tasking list
Requirements
- able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision license
- security: 2 years
- team management: 2 years
- previous experience in security: 2 years , team leading experience preferred
