  • as a Bakery Apprentice, you would be responsible for ensuring the delicious bread we produce is of the best possible quality
  • learning correct dough handling and moulding techniques
  • checking product proof times and heights to deliver the same quality, every time
  • we are looking for an experienced baker/assistant baker to join our expanding business and learn all aspects of bakery production from our Artisan breads to our traybakes and pastries, from dough mixing and proofing through to final finished product
